When you send an enquiry

We collect the details you submit: your name, business, email address, phone number, website, market, requested service and message. Your consent choice and a submission reference help us record and process the request. The landing page, referring website origin and campaign labels may accompany your enquiry so we can understand how you found us.

Your enquiry is recorded in the Flor lead management system and a team notification is queued through Resend. A submission confirmation means the enquiry was recorded; it is not a guarantee that a notification email has been delivered. We use these details to review your request and respond. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Your browser may temporarily retain a pending submission and its reference in session storage so a connection interruption does not cause an unnecessary duplicate. Pending enquiry details are removed after a successful submission.

When you ask Flor

Flor is an AI assistant. Chat messages are processed using OpenAI to provide answers about our services and help you decide on a next step. The assistant can make mistakes. Please do not share passwords, payment details, private customer records or sensitive personal information.

Chat uses a temporary session of up to 30 minutes. Requests to the OpenAI Responses API use store: false. Provider security, abuse monitoring and service processing policies may still apply.

Using chat alone does not create an enquiry. If you continue from chat to the form, you can review and edit your notes before submitting. The form can link your chat reference only when you select the optional chat handoff checkbox. Session storage may temporarily retain this handoff context.

Optional analytics and cookie choices

Google Analytics runs only if you allow optional analytics. It helps us understand page visits, navigation, broad campaign performance and conversion events such as a successfully recorded enquiry. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from browsing, using chat or submitting the form.

We do not send form content, chat text, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics. Page addresses sent to Analytics exclude query strings and fragments. Consented analytics may receive sanitized campaign labels. Your preference is remembered in your browser and can be changed through Cookie choices in the footer.

Service providers and security

The website and related infrastructure use Cloudflare. Enquiry notifications use Resend, chat uses OpenAI and optional analytics uses Google. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services and may process data outside your province or country.

We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to these services. We retain enquiry information for follow-up, service administration and legitimate business records, and review deletion requests individually. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to use chat, decline optional analytics and limit the information you include in a message. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact flor@flor.tel and include enough information for us to locate your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
