Organize around the customer decision
We start by identifying the most important visitor tasks. A potential customer may need to check coverage, compare services, understand a process or ask about a project. That informs the navigation, page hierarchy and content priorities. A visually polished homepage cannot compensate for missing answers deeper in the site.
The content plan identifies what belongs on a service page, what benefits from a local page and which questions deserve a supporting guide. We ask for accurate business details and usable evidence early so the layout reflects real content instead of placeholders that are difficult to replace later.
Design for real screens and interactions
The visual direction should fit the business and remain practical on smaller screens. We consider readable type, contrast, image treatment, menu behaviour and the space needed for forms. The mobile experience receives its own review because a layout that looks balanced on a large monitor can become awkward on a phone.
Photography is selected for relevance and clear usage rights, then prepared for the website. We use meaningful image descriptions and avoid presenting stock images as completed client projects. Buttons and links should make the destination or action understandable before someone chooses it.
Give enquiries a reliable route
We design the form around the information needed for a useful first conversation. Required fields, validation, confirmation and failure messages belong to the experience. A request should not appear successful just because a visitor clicked a button; the website needs a confirmed receipt from the receiving system.
Flor chat can help visitors explore the published services and prepare their questions. When they want follow-up, a separate review-and-submit step gives them control over the details sent to the team. We make the difference between asking a chat question and submitting an enquiry clear.
Treat launch as part of the project
A rebuild includes more than changing the page design. We review canonical URLs, crawlability, metadata, structured data, sitemaps and important legacy destinations. Analytics and Search Console setup need the correct domain and a meaningful definition of a lead, followed by checks on the public release.
The launch review should cover representative desktop and mobile pages, navigation, the real enquiry journey and any chat integration. We document what was delivered and any known limitation. Afterwards, actual questions and enquiry outcomes can guide focused improvements rather than another immediate redesign.
